EEC Council made a number of important decisions on development of Eurasian integration
Under the chairmanship of First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin the meeting of Eurasian Economic Commission Council took place in Moscow on December 21 of this year. This session took place on the eve of the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states which will take place in St. Petersburg on December 26 of this year.
The agenda of session included 19 questions.
Following the results of discussion a number of important decisions in the sphere of trade, economy and financial policy, power and infrastructure, competition and anti-monopoly regulation, industry, technical regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) are made by member countries.
Council of the Commission during the session approved regulations on annual monitoring and the analysis of results of implementation of the main directions of an industrial cooperation within EEU. The document is directed to determination of the qualitative and quantitative indices characterizing development in the Union of an industrial cooperation, the analysis of execution of plans of implementation of the main directions, increase in overall performance on their implementation.
Also the Concept of creation of the Eurasian network of industrial cooperation and subcontracting is approved. The concept provided creation of the Eurasian network based on the unified register of industrial enterprises of state members as key information and integration resource for search of potential partners and suppliers of subcontract orders.
Members of council considered Order representation by state members of EurAsEC in the Commission information on the goods imported on customs area of EurAsEC. Such interaction will allow performing transfer of statistical data, also will allow taking timely measures for promotion of interests of producers of EurAsEC countries.
Following the results of session of Council the mutually advantageous decisions aimed at the further development of the Eurasian Economic Union are reached.
As it was noted earlier, the session of the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states will take place in St. Petersburg on December 26 of this year.
Within the session it is planned to sign the Customs code of EurAsEC. Adoption of this document will allow regulating all complex of customs procedures within EurAsEC. Special attention will be paid to the block of questions of EurAsEC international activities.
Besides, within the session heads of states will consider the Program of forming of the total electrical power market of EurAsEC. Its implementation will allow creating necessary conditions for free trade by the electric power within our integration consolidation.
Heads of states will consider the main directions and stages of implementation of the coordinated transport policy. Also within the session it is planned to approve Plans of liberalization for service sectors and Regulations of trade in services, organization and activities.
