Today in Taraz the deputy prime minister of Kazakhstan — the Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Askar Myrzakhmetov met agricultural producers of the southern areas of Kazakhstan where there took place a discussion of the draft of the state program of agrarian and industrial complex development, BNews.kz reported.


Implementation of a new role of agrarian and industrial complex will balance sustainable development of the country, will increase a labor productivity and will provide increase in level of living of the main part of the population. Achievement of these is more whole perhaps through large-scale cooperation, mgov.kz reports.

Providing cooperatives with processing equipment will be performed by Kazagro holding. Also support will be given through subsidizing of costs of cooperatives for rendering for LPH of veterinary, agrochemical, financial, sales and other services.

Development of agricultural cooperation will provide additional loading of processing enterprises for 30%, and also to lower a trade margin by 15-20% due to reducing intermediary links.

The program pursues the involvement aim by 2021 more than 500,000 LPH and small KH in commodity production and creation more than 1200 agricultural cooperations.

Cooperatives will render to the members of service of veterinary science, agrochemistry, a forage, face of the cattle, collection of milk, storage of products and on sale logistics.
