11,000 oralman families came back to Kazakhstan this year, it is six times more than in 2015, BNews.kz reports. Deputy prime minister Imangali Tasmagambetov reported about it during the plenary session "A condition and the prospects of civil society development" within the VII Civil forum.
"One more direction I would like to pay your attention is socialization of the compatriots that came back to Kazakhstan. The state and non-governmental organization have high unrealized potential. 11,000 oralman families came back to Kazakhstan this year, it is six times more than in 2015. Our compatriots need the help in case of paperwork, training and social adaptation. The role of non-governmental organization seems to me irreplaceable in this question because it is impossible to put oralmans in new to them society with administrative mechanisms. It can be done only by means of their gradual involvement in a public design," the deputy prime minister said.
Also he noted a problem of civil society institutes development in regions.
"It is no secret that most of the famous leaders of non-governmental organizations generally represent two centers – Astana and Almaty. So, about 6,000 non-commercial public structures that constitutes 40% of their total quantity on all republic are registered only in Almaty today," I. Tasmagambetov said.
Besides, the deputy prime minister reported that all recommendations of the Forum sections will be considered, analyzed and considered in making decision by the Government.
