Participants of AEF have discussed improvement of business in Kazakhstan
Improvement of the mechanism of regulation of business activity in Kazakhstan was discussed by participants of a panel session of the Astana Economic Forum which has been devoted to priorities of development of Institute of the analysis of regulatory influence (ARI), transfers BNews.kz.
"It should be noted a role of Institute of the analysis of regulatory influence as protective tool or limiting factor from introduction of new requirements, and at times and not thought over regulation concerning subjects of business which in turn, undoubtedly, involves financial load of business subjects," the deputy director of Department for development of business of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aslanbek Dzhakupov noted.
Participants of the panel session have discussed the questions concerning rates of development of world "green" economy and improvement of the existing mechanism of regulation of business activity in Kazakhstan taking into account experience of the countries of OECD.
"The full-fledged mechanism of revision of requirements taking into account real requirements of business which will include an annual poll of businessmen, drawing up the list of urgent problems for consideration by their state agencies will be created," Aslanbek Kuandykovich reported.
The recommendations were read by the invited experts in the field of regulatory reform among whom there is a lawyer and the employee of the Jacobs and Cordova company Edward Donelan, the director of the Center of Euro-Asian Researches and the vice-dean of business school Hanley Elena Kalyuzhnova, the director-organizer of the International power center of the European University in St. Petersburg and the director of the Oxford International Center in Great Britain Shamil Enikeev, the director of the department of development of business activity of the Eurasian economic commission Baurzhan Bekeshev.
During the discussion, the Chairman of Committee on legal statistics and the special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan Bagdat Musin has read the offer on close interaction with the Ministry of the national economy and business community within advance of the Institute of the analysis of regulatory influence. In his opinion, cooperation can be built through considerations of problematic issues on public discussions, reduction of requirements to subjects of business and effective conducting checks of businessmen.
