B. Beknazarov met vice speaker of Turkish parliament

Vice-chairman of the Senate of parliament of Kazakhstan Bektas Beknazarov held a meeting with Vice-chairman of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey Mehmet Akif Hamzachebi, BNews.kz correspondent reports.


During the conversation B. Beknazarov emphasized that brotherly nature of the relations of our people has deep historical roots. The vice speaker of the Senate reminded that Turkey became history as the first state which officially recognized independence of Kazakhstan. The head of the Turkish delegation congratulated the Kazakhstan deputies and all people of Kazakhstan on the 25th anniversary of independence and gave appreciation to achievements of our country, the press service of the Senate of parliament of Kazakhstan reports.

Participants of a meeting noted a contribution of two states leaders Nursultan Nazarbayev and Recep Erdogan to strengthening of mutual understanding and bilateral political and trade and economic relations evelopment. M. A. Hamzachebi paid special attention on the fact that the President Nursultan Nazarbayev became the first head of a foreign state who visited Turkey after attempted coup in July, 2016.

Vice-chairman of the Senate B. Beknazarov thanked the Turkish side for support of international initiatives of Astana and informed the guest on the main plans of Kazakhstan on the non-permanent member of the UN Security Council post.

During the interested dialogue the number of questions of interstate and inter-parliamentary interaction was discussed.
