Majilismen approved the bill of dactyloscopic and genomic registration
The Majilis of parliament of Kazakhstan during the plenary session approved the bill of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On dactyloscopic and genomic registration" in the first reading, BNews.kz correspondent reports.
"The bill on dactyloscopic and genomic registration is drafted at the request of the head of state and provided by the plan of lawmaking works of the government for the current year. The legal basis of carrying out dactyloscopic and genomic registration, use of this information for the purpose of confirmation or identification of the person is established by the bill," Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Kalmukhanbet Kasymov reported presenting the bill to deputies.
According to him, need of introduction for Kazakhstan of dactyloscopic registration is dictated first of all by the international practice and international standards which are shown to national identity documents.
Implementation of the bill is costly and technically difficult therefore its enforcement is planned for 2021 after implementation of all necessary preparatory activities. The bill will demand allocation of additional budgetary appropriations and will be considered and approved by the republican budget commission," K. Kasymov said.
Committees of Majilis of parliament provided the positive conclusions under the bill.
Majilismen approved the bill of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On modification and additions in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning dactyloscopic and genomic registration". The bill is the accompanying project to the main bill of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On dactyloscopic and genomic registration".
The purpose of adoption of the bill is reduction in compliance of regulations of the separate legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan providing mechanisms of dactyloscopic and genomic registration implementation with provisions of the developed main project.
So, within the Criminal and executive code of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is offered to fix an obligation of convicts on passing of genomic registration according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also responsibility conditionally condemned for refusal of passing of genomic registration.
