92% of means on "Nurly zhol" program are mastered in 11 months 2016
On "Nurly zhol" program 435 billion tenge or 92% of annual amount are mastered in 11 months of the current year, Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan Bakhyt Sultanov at a meeting of the government said, BNews.kz correspondent reports.
"On "Nurly zhol" program 435 billion tenge or 92% of annual amount are mastered in 11 months of the current year. Execution at the republican level is expected almost in full 99.9% a year. 0,5 billion tenge will not be mastered: Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan – 235.6 million tenge, Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan – 130.9 million tenge and Ministry of Healthcare and Development – 109.3 million tenge on projects with MFO," B. Sultanov said.
Local authorities mastered 215.5 billion tenge or 94.5% of the received means. 12 billion tenge are not mastered.
The greatest amount not of development is noted in the Mangystau region – 1.4 billion tenge, Aktyubinsk – 1.3 billion tenge, Almaty and Akmola – 1.2 billion tenge, Atyrau – 1.1 billion tenge.
According to the minister, basic reasons of not development are lagging from the works schedule.
