"At the moment the cities where fire will be ceased aren't determined yet because there is an intervention of armed groups which are connected with Al-Qaeda and IS. There are about 9 groups which signed the agreement on ceasefire. And, of course, it covers areas and groups which signed this agreement. There are some settlements which are closer to Jordan. There are areas which are closer to Palestine," explained during an exit to journalists the director of one of the Syrian TV channels Hussein Murtada, the negotiator.
"It is the second round. It is the initial platform for the first agreement. Finally it has connection with the termination of the mode of fire. The most important that there are some groups which ask to participate in these negotiations. There are some countries as Jordan which aims to play a crucial role in these negotiations (...)," the expert added.
