EEC determined procedure for selection of industrial projects for EDB funding
The Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission approved a package of documents that outline the main aspects of cooperation between the Commission, the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) member states and the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) to consider the cooperative projects with the integration potential to finance the EDB.
The documents prepared by the EEC industrial unit in cooperation with representatives of the Union State and the EDB, determine the procedure for the selection of cooperation projects for possible funding by the bank, the press service of the EEC reported.
For that, there will be a working group, which will include the minister of industry and the agro-industrial complex of the UNECE, representatives of EDB's management and the Commission's industrial policy department, deputy heads of the Ministries of Industry and EAEU economies. The working group will be adopted by the EEC Board.
The chief of the group will be co-chairmen from the EEC Board - Member of the Board (Minister) for Industry and Agroindustrial Complex Sergey Sidorsky, from the EDB - Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Development Bank, Dmitry Pankin.
Projects, considered by the Working Group should meet the criteria for inclusion in the project of cooperation and prepared in accordance with the established form of the passport project.
Adoption and the implementation of these solutions will allow to start a support mechanism for the important industrialized countries of the EEU projects.
