Kazakhstan MIA establishes coop with OSCE
In Astana, Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kalmukhanbet Kassymov and Head of the OSCE Office, Ambassador Gyorgy Szabo signed a protocol of intent for cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Office of the safety programs and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan informed the Protocol provides joint workshops, seminars, conferences, round tables, workshops, training courses on combating organized crime, human trafficking and cybercrime, exchange of information and experience in these areas of cooperation, the Strategy 2050 NA reported.
The sides exchanged views on the state and prospects for cooperation in these areas.
Interior Minister Kalmukhanbet Kassymov underlined the importance of the Protocol and expressed confidence in the implementation of the identified areas.
Ambassador György Szabó expressed gratitude to the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the joint work in cooperation.
