Kazakhstan warns citizens about danger in the territory of Turkey and Germany
The director of the department of tourism in the MID Marat Igali warned the Kazakhstan citizens who are in the territory of Germany and Turkey to observe precautionary measures and to avoid places of mass gathering, BNews.kz reported.
"According to messages of world media, on December 20, 2016 in the center of Berlin at a Christmas fair the truck crashed into crowd at a Christmas fair, at least 9 people died, more than 50 people were wounded.
The information about injured Kazakhstan tourists in Department of the industry of tourism of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan didn't arrive.
The department of tourism recommends to the Kazakhstan tourists who are in the territory of Germany to be vigilant, to observe precautionary measures, to avoid places people's gathering," the message read.
M. Igali mentioned also a situation in Turkey.
"According to messages of the world media, on December 19, 2016 as a result of attack in Ankara during opening of an exhibition in the Center of the modern art the ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Turkey Andrey Karlov shot dead.
The department of the industry of tourism of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan asks Kazakhstan tourists who are in the territory of Turkey to avoid places of mass gathering of people, needlessly not to leave the places of residence. We express condolences to relatives, relatives and colleagues of the dead," M. Igali concluded.
