Dmitry Medvedev to arrive in Almaty
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will partake in a Eurasian Intergovernmental Union meeting.
On 1 February Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev will arrive in the city of Almaty to partake in a Eurasian Intergovernmental Council meeting, RIA Novosti reports.
“On 1 February Chairman of the Russian Government Dmitry Medvedev will partake in a regular meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council,” says a statement of the Russian Government’s press office.
The meeting brining together the Heads of Government of the EEU countries will address cutting-edge issues on integration within the Eurasian Economic Union, including the implementation of the Intergovernmental Council’s decisions, the Union’s digital agenda, free movement of goods, services and workforce within the EEU as well as some issues related to customs regulation.
