East Kazakhstan to hold contest for Alakol best hotel’s projects
The winner will be awarded preferential financing of the construction.
East Kazakhstan region has launched a contest for the best project for the construction of a four-star hotel with capacity 100-120 people on the territory of Alakol Lake, BNews.kz reports referring to the region's information center.
During the meeting of the governor of the region with entrepreneurs and investors of the Alakol resorts area was declared the winner will be awarded preferential financing of the construction.
The best project will be financed in frames of Ak niet regional program at an interest rate of 8.5% for a period of up to 7 years with the support of the Damu Enterprise Development Fund and the governor’s office of East Kazakhstan region. The authority will support the project through an allocation of land and the laying of the necessary engineering infrastructure.
The best project will be determined by the competitive commission under the leadership of the head of the region.
Regulations on the competition, the terms of participation and the timing will be announced at the end of August.
By the way, since 2017 within Ak Niet regional program 44 projects worth 2.7 billion tenge have approved. Among them, 38 projects to the amount of 2.3 billion tenge were financed and another 6 are in course of financing. Due to a realization of this program more than two thousand jobs were created.
