K. Bishimbayev: Beginning businessmen can receive to 16 million tenge
About 16 million microcredits with a final rate of remuneration to 6% are planned to issue annually in Kazakhstan. More than 2,500 people will be able to obtain the credits. Minister of national economy of Kazakhstan Kuandyk Bishimbayev reported about it during the session of the government, BNews.kz correspondent reports.
"Within the Program for development of productive employment and a mass entrepreneurship implementation of business activity microcredit in the cities and guaranteeing the microcredits is provided from the state for self-employed and unemployed, planning and realizing projects in the cities," the minister said.
Thus, for increase competence of the unemployed and independently employed people of the cities operating instruments of training within the Road Map of Business 2020 program will be involved. These are short-term training courses in entrepreneurship bases, business of training, rendering services. According to target indicators more than 2,500 loans is planned to issue annually, at least 20% of them will be issued for implementation a startup projects.
"Microcredits will be provided to 16 million tenge with a final rate of remuneration to 6% for opening of the new microentities and expansion of the operating business. JSC FRP Damu will be the operator. Direct issue of the microcredits will be performed through banks of the second level or through microfinancial organizations," the head of department said.
In accordance with the terms of program the size of guarantees for the beginning entrepreneurs will constitute to 85% of microcredit cost, for already working to 50%.
