Rosselkhoznadzor of Novosibirsk region detained 31 tons of products from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan
Nearly 1,000 tons of quarantine products aren't allowed to import to the Novosibirsk region from Kazakhstan in 2016, BNews.kz reported. Following the results of November inspectors of Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Novosibirsk region on a phytosanitary control post Karasuk detained 31.342 tons of quarantine products from Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, and also 0.3 tons Chinese mandarin oranges. Products followed a road transport for implementation in Novosibirsk.
In 11 months 2016 on a phytosanitary control post Karasuk also nearly 800,000 cuts of flowers aren't allowed to import of 995 tons of products of a phytogenesis, the press service of Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Novosibirsk region reports.
When conducting phytosanitary quarantine control it was established that lots of products of high phytosanitary risk in total weight of 9.842 tons among which there were apples, lemons, cucumbers, grain rice lentil, hips, apricot stones, a peanut, nuts and hay, were transported without the relevant documents confirming phytosanitary safety. The batch of the Kyrgyz dried fruits weighing 21.5 tons was transported through the Republic of Kazakhstan accompanied by the invalid certificate. The batch of the Chinese tangerines weighing 0.3 tons which arrived from the Republic of Kazakhstan was detained in connection with specifying of an incorrect country of source.
According to requirements of the international quarantine legislation import of all products to the territory of the Russian Federation was forbidden. Freights are returned to senders to Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
