Israel plans to introduce visa-free regime for Kazakhstan in 2017

Michael Brodsky, Ambassador of Israel in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan said that Israel this year plans to introduce a visa-free regime and run direct flights to Kazakhstan, Bnews.kz correspondent reports.

It is known, that Kazakhstan this year with many countries celebrates the 25th anniversary of diplomatic relations, including with the State of Israel, which has strong partnership in many areas.

As Brodsky noted, in such a short period, Kazakhstan won the sympathy of the entire world and became an active participant in many international processes.

"Israel is one of many countries, which this year celebrates the 25th anniversary of relations with Kazakhstan. They are happy to celebrate this event, so I can say that in such a short period, Kazakhstan won the sympathy of the entire world and became an active participant in many international processes.

Israel and Kazakhstan today have the strong partnership in many areas: political dialogue and economic cooperation, and business, and culture. The culmination of our relationship was a visit by Israeli PM  Benjamin Netanyahu  last December in Kazakhstan. 25 years is not very long”, the Ambassador said.

Also, the diplomat noted the great interest of Israel citizens in the EXPO.

"Many Israel citizens want to come, many have heard about the Expo, know and interested in it. I am sure that many will be able to come this year to Astana and Almaty. For tourists from Israel it is also very interesting country. Many come to us. I think that this year we will be able to abolish visas for Kazakhstan citizens and start direct flights. All this will make our countries closer to us, it will be easier to visit each other”, .Brodsky said.

The diplomat stressed that the main value of our countries is our people. Relations between our two nations began long before the creation of our States and have always been mutual sympathy and respect. He is sure that this tradition will continue in the future.
