Kazakh President put forward initiatives enabling to increase exports of domestic products - expert about President's Address

According to the head of Alageum Electric, targeted support for export-orientated enterprises will be an effective support tool for Kazakhstan. 

 

The head of Alageum Electric, Yerkebulan Ilyassov, believes that the President put forward right initiatives that will enable to increase exports of domestic products, BNews.kz reports. 

"I would like to place your attention to the support for the processing industry, in particular, the support for export. Firstly, we are glad that support tools of exports have been expanded. Secondly, huge amounts of money have been allocated to support and promote exports. About 500 billion tenges are allocated to the financial tools, they are the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund. It is satisfying that we already had an experience with the Development Bank of Kazakhstan, as well as with other export-orientated enterprises," said Yerkebulan Ilyassov. 

He noted that in Kazakhstan pre-export financing prevails that is very convenient for the country as most raw resources and materials are purchased from foreign suppliers. 

"To this end, the Development Bank of Kazakhstan provides preferential financing, so to purchase these component parts. Accordingly, we produce equipment and items made of these materials that are exported to other states. We would like to place attention from our company to the allocation of 20 billion tenges to reimburse transport costs, that is this issue has been raised many times by business representatives over 2-3 years, and finally, the head of state announced this issue in the Address," said Ilyassov. 

According to him, that is the targeted support of export-orientated enterprises will be the most efficient support tool for Kazakhstan.
