Gulshara Abdykalikova noted that it turned into a good tradition to present state awards to Kazakh citizens marked by the President for exceptional merits and personal contribution to the country's development. She wished strong health, family well-being, and success.
This year 1600 people have been awarded, including figures of science, education, healthcare, culture, civil servants, workers and farmers, representatives of various sectors of the economy.
