Kazakhstan's airlines have transported 6.8 million people since the year's beginning
Today, Kazakhstan is recognized as one of the dynamically developing markets in the Eastern Europen and Central Asian states.
For 10 months of 2018, the increase in air transportation has been 10%, BNews.kz reports referring to the Ministry for Investments and Development of Kazakhstan.
Positive growth is maintained in Kazakhstan, over 10 months of 2018, the local airlines provided services to 12.7 million people, a 6% increase compared to the given period of 2017 (12 million people).
Also, the number of passenger air transportation increases.
"Over 10 months of 2018, Kazakhstan's airlines transported 6.8 million people, with a 10% increase compared to the same period of the past year (6.2 million people)," they said in the Ministry.
A report of the International Air Transport Association, Kazakhstan has been recognized as one of the dynamically developing markets in the Eastern Europen and Central Asian states. The IATA forecasts an increase from 8 million to 18 million passengers in air transportation in the near 20 years.
