The 2018 Asian Games came to an end in September 2 in Indonesia.
Kazakhstan's national team won total 76 medals, including 15 'gold', 17 'silver' and 44 'bronze', Vesti.kz reports.

Gold medals were won by cyclist Aleksey Lutsenko in 150m group race and men's 40km individual Time Trial race, four athletes won two gold medals in canoeing and kayaking, they are Ilya Golendov, Aleksey Dergunov, Sergey Tokaritskiy and Yevgeni Alekseev, and Inna Klinova won 'gold' in 200m race. In ju-jitsu, 'gold' medals were won by Darkhan Nortayev (up to 60kg) and Ruslan Israilov (up to 77kg). In sambo - Baglan Ibragim (up to 52kg), Dildash Kuryshbayev (up to 68kg). In rhythmic gymnastics - Alina Adilkhanova in individual all-round competitions, and Dayana Abdirekova, Alina Adilkhanova and Adilya Tlekenova in team competitions in rhythmic gymnastics. Also, Kazakhstan's men's water polo team won 'gold'.
For reference: The 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta and Palembange (Indonesia) finished in Sept.2. Kazakhstan was represented by 400 athletes in 25 Olympic sports in 37 sports disciplines.
