Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan intend to adopt experience in justice

Academy of justice at the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan and the Higher school of justice at the Supreme Court of Kyrgyzstan have signed the memorandum of cooperation in exchange of experience in education of judges.

The document is focused on increase in efficiency of cooperation in the sphere of training of judges and judicial workers, improvement of activity of two higher education institutions through interaction in the scientific and innovative sphere, BNews.kz correspondent reported.

The parties will cooperate concerning the organization of training and educational visits for students, employees and the faculty, development and realization, joint educational programs, to holding lectures (seminars) with involvement of experts of two countries in the coordinated subject.

The rector of Academy of justice of Kazakhstan Tolesh Kaudyrov emphasized that signing of the document is one of steps on professional development of judicial shots for the judicial system of the country and also to improvement of joint research activity in the field of judicial education in the conditions of development and integration of legal systems.

"I hope that during three-year period of validity of the memorandum our parties will manage to realize everything that in him is designated. We would pay special attention to target training of workers of judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic in our Academy; holding lectures seminars with involvement of the international experts in mutually agreed subject," Kaudyrov told.

In turn, the director of the Higher school of justice of the Kyrgyz Republic Raushanay Turgunbayeva has noted that signing of the memorandum will promote effective interaction of judicial authorities of two countries in realization of joint initiatives of improvement of administration of justice. 

In general, the parties have noted that mutual cooperation between educational institutions will allow to solve more effectively and mobile the problems arising in the course of training for the judicial systems of both countries.

At the same time, the Kyrgyz delegation has got acquainted with the Kazakhstan system of educational programs of postgraduate education, retraining, to professional development of judges and workers of judicial system. 

Also meetings with judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also with the administrative board of Department on ensuring activity of the courts at the Supreme Court have taken place. Practical advantages of electronic services of justice and work of the Situational center of the Supreme Court have been shown to the Kyrgyz guests.
