Kazakhstan citizens could complain about civil servants in mini PSC
On the base of the National Centre for the Civil Service Personnel Management, the mini PSC (Public Service Center) started to function.
The mini PSC received documentation and deals with complaint and addresses of the citizens in the sphere of provision of civil services, observance of ethnic norms by civil servants. Also, employees of the PSC provide consultations about civil services and provision of civil services, BNews.kz reports.
“The PSC provides civil services as ordinary ones, but it receives complaints about civil servants. Employees of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption receive complaints about ethnic behavior of civil servants. Also, anyone, who wants to do civil service, can pass the training, trial testing. At the same time, it consults citizens about the issue to perform civil service,” said head of the National Centre for the Civil Service Personnel Management Banu Nurgaziyeva.
She noted that over 8 days of the PSC’s operation, citizens received 70 civil services, including more than 30 electronic services. According to Nurgaziyeva, the test is passed not only by those who want to work as civil servants or in law enforcement bodies, but also employees of the Nur Otan party pass the test.
“There are two flows of candidates a day, each includes 30 people. It increased legal literacy and knowledge of normative documentation. There are two types of the test, all those after passing the test on normative and legal documentation, then their personal qualities are assessed,” said director general of the Centre Banu Nurgaziyeva.
The Centre is also an operator of technical support of testing of candidates for civil and law enforcement services. Also, under the Centre, a reception centre of a special monitoring group, where citizens are received by representatives of state bodies, public organizations and media, functions.
