Kazakhstan created a single base of candidates for civil service
The base of candidates will include all personnel services of state bodies.
The data base includes candidates for civil service, who have successfully passed tests, as well as holders of Bolashak scholarship and graduates of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Kazakhstan, BNews.kz correspondent reports.
“As of today, there is the reserve of “A” corpus, but there is the personnel reserve. We have the system for civil servants E-service, where all personnel services of state bodies work. We have created the bank of candidates for civil service on the base of the inactive sub-system E-service,” said director general of the National Centre for the Civil Service Personnel Management Banu Nurgaziyeva.
She noted that the base will be in access to all personnel services of state bodies, as well as heads of all levels, from director generals to ministers.
“We began with filling the base with Bolashak graduates, who do not temporarily work, that include 60 people. Then, all graduators of the Academy of Public Administration who want and successfully pass the test,” said Nurgaziyeva.
The developers noted that personal data in the data base is constantly updated. Workers of the personnel services can find candidates according to the region, age, work experience and gender via the electronic store of candidates.
