Bulgarian Pr Nako Stefanov believes the strategy of Kazakhstan's innovative development is a course in the exceptionally right direction.
Professor, Ph.D. in philosophy Nako Stefanov (Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski", Bulgaria), the Candidate of Historical Sciences, made a commentary on the Address of President Nursultan Nazarbayev to the people of Kazakhstan, BNews.kz correspondent reports.
"The Address outlines a number of points, and I would like to mark the most important ones, according to me. The so-called 'report' on the work has been done over the last years to establish Kazakhstan as a 'progressive state with a developing economy'. The country set a task to enter the list of the 30 most developed countries in the world by 2050. As well as a clear and explicit understanding of the leading tendencies in the world, both risks, and prospects. Such a clear outlook is the basis for a right and successful policy to overcome dangers, as well as to properly respond to the challenges of modern times," said Nako Stefanov.
According to him, the conviction that 'the nation's health is the state's key priority' evokes great impression, which is backed up by the corresponding policy of revenues, taxes, the policy to strengthen health care, education, in the spheres of economy and labor integration, all this is necessary to implement Kazakhstan's key priority.
"Another important thing is the strategy of Kazakhstan's innovative development, being in a course in the exceptionally right direction. In my opinion, all this proves that contemporary Kazakhstan has been established as a state and society, as well as a leading state in Central Asia and among other former USSR states, which is ready to respond to challenges of the future," said the Professor.
