Kazakhstan to train HR specialists
HR specialists remain one of the demanded on the labour market.
In September on the initiative of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption as part of the specialty Management in the Eurasional National University the training of HR managers at bachalor level will start. It was said by Director of the Deparment of Civil Service of the Agency Zharkyn Tleukenov.
According to him, as of today, HR specialists remain the most demanded on the labour market that is proved by the international surveys. Their role as to ensure stable development of an organization become more and more relevant taking into account the increasing competition and limitation of natural resources.
Following the international practice, owing to the introduction of HR principles, the professional level of personnel services significantly incerase.
At the same time, as the analysis revealed, today the governmental agencies of Kazakhstan face a lack of qualified personnel in HR. Thus, 46% of human resources practitioners have specialties in law, 13% - in pedagogy, 13% - in economics. The rest were trained in technical, humanitarian and other social sciences.
"In this connection, in September 2018 on the initiative of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption as part of the specialty Management in the Eurasional National University the training of HR managers at bachalor level will start. The training at master's degree level is planned from the next year. The training programme is designed jointly with the Agency based on the example of the top foreign universities and includes such disciplines as strategic management, personnel managemennt, corporate management, project and finanical management, leadership, personnel policy and other disicplines," said Zharkyn Tleukenov.
In addition, the speaker said that in order to immerse students into the specifics of personnel management, it is planned to hold internships in central governmental agencies. After the results of successful testing of such a training programme in the Eurasian National University, the issue to distribute it to other universities of the country will be considered.
