Kazakhstan’s carriers could transport Ukrainian goods via Russia
The Government of Kazakhstan applied the Russian side on reframe the ban on transporting Ukrainian goods via the territory of the Russian Federation.
Russia again allowed Kazakh auto and rail carriers to transport certain goods from Ukraine through the territory of the Russian Federation, BNews.kz correspondent has learned from the press service of the State Revenues Department of Almaty.
The order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1412-r dated 10.07.2018 specifies the list of Ukrainian goods whose transit is allowed across Russia to Kazakhstan in connection with the appeal of the Government of Kazakhstan.
"The list includes certain goods of Kazakhstani recipients and Ukrainian senders, as well as information on the code on TNVED Commodity Nomenclature of foreign-economic activity and the name of the goods, its technical characteristics and the volumes of deliveries," the text of the message says.
Earlier, the Russian President decreed temporary ban on these goods transportations in respect of which the rates of import customs duties established by the Unified Customs Tariff of the Unified National Nuclear Power Plant, other than zero, as well as goods included in the list of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs, approved by the Government of Russia. The document also provided that in case of an appeal by the Government of Kazakhstan, the Russians have the right to authorize the transport of certain goods.
