Majilis to consider gradual deregulation of wholesale prices for gas
To this end, it is supposed to submit a new mechanism of supply of liquefied gas to the internal market of the country through electronic trading sites.

At the discussion of the camber of the first reading, it was supposed to introduce the draft of deputy amendments to the law “On gas and gas supply.” Innovations were developed by the parliamentarians in order to gradually deregulate the wholesale prices for liquified gas. In this connection, it is supposed to adjust a new mechanism of supply of liquified gas to the internal market of the country through the electronic trading sites to the law.
The agenda draft includes the draft law with the related amendments “On currency regulation and currency control”, legislative amendments on insurance and insurance activity, as well as on activity of non-commercial organizations for consideration in the second reading.
The ratification draft law, the amendments to the agreement on the status of the Economic council of the CIS, is also submitted for consideration to deputies. The transition of the activity of the Economic court of the CIS to the work principle of ad hoc is supposed, following which judges work only during considering the argue. The chairman of the CIS Court is under exception, who will work on permanent basis.
The chamber is to assign the subject committee the term for making a conclusion according to the new ratification draft law, that was submitted to the Majilis.
