New route launched from Uzbekistan to Kazakhstan
The bus fare is 4294 tenge from Tashkent to Kyzylorda and 3800 tenge from Kyzylorda to Tashkent.
Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan have launched a new international bus route Tashkent-Kyzylorda-Tashkent, Gazeta.uz with reference to the Uzavtotrans agency.
Since July 21 Buses of Van Hool family (Belgium) will route since July 21. Departure from Tashkent and Kyzylorda at 5 pm Tashkent time. Buses will cross the border through the Gisht Kuprik (Uzbekistan) and Zhibek Zholy (Kazakhstan) checkpoints. The terminal points of the voyage will be the bus stations Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and Saltanat (Kazakhstan).
The carrier from the Uzbek side was the company Uzkaz Auto Trans, from Kazakhstan - Tulpor-Baykonir.
The length of the route is 583 km, travel time is 10 hours 30 minutes, and the fare is 97 thousand UZS (4,294 tenge) from Tashkent to Kyzylorda and 3800 tenge from Kyzylorda to Tashkent.
This year, four regular international bus services are organized along the routes Tashkent-Almaty-Tashkent, Tashkent-Shymkent-Tashkent, Tashkent-Bishkek-Tashkent, Tashkent-Khodzhent-Tashkent.
400 passengers leave from Uzbekistan daily and 420 enter. Since the opening of the routes over 40 thousand passengers have been transported.
