Kazakhstan's Health Ministry named the most dangerous products during summer
Fruits and vegetables, dressing and poultry products entered the list of the most dangerous food products in the summer period.
Kazakhstani Chief sanitary doctor, Zhandarbek Bekshin speaking at a press conference in the Central Communications’ service told about foods where microorganisms are most intensively multiplying in the summer, the correspondent of Bnews.kz reports.
The biggest threat is salads dressed by mayonnaise souse, cream, cream confectioneries, particularly those where the cream is made with egg protein. The next are poultry, eggs i.e. those products which are required to be roasted thoroughly.
Besides, fruits, berries, and vegs are on the list of the most dangerous summer products.
According to Bekshin strawberry, grape, in other words, those berries which are difficult to rinse should be under focused attention. Ideally, to soak in soda liquor and then rinse thoroughly.
One more point to pay attention to is perishable dairy products, which require special storage conditions, at a temperature of not more than +2, +8 degrees.
