The Commissioner for Human Rights in Kazakhstan is elected
The committee on the international relations, defense and safety of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan has considered the idea of the President of Kazakhstan to elect Askar Shakirov at a position of authorized on human right in Kazakhstan, BNews.kz correspondent reported.
Askar Shakirov, 1956 year of birth. He has graduated from institute of the countries of Asia and Africa at Lomonosov Moscow State University as "historian-orientalist". He is a candidate of Law Sciences. He has a diplomatic rank of the Plenipotentiary envoy of the 1st class.
Since September, 2007 he is the Commissioner for Human Rights in Kazakhstan.
