Now the employer can report in Jobcenter of the population about free vacancies via the website enbek.kz. Further the center itself selects personnel.

In Astana, Almaty and Pavlodar the electronic labor exchange (enbek.kz) in which in the pilot mode businessmen can receive services of staff recruitment in a new format has started to function, the press service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of Kazakhstan reports.

"For the companies the new multichannel order of representation of vacancies without obligatory personal visit of the jobcenters of the population (JCP) is started to function. Jobcenters of Astana, Almaty and Pavlodar are ready to provide the platforms for holding an interview of employers with potential candidates.

Full start of a new format of work on all Kazakhstan is planned in January, 2018 when all jobcenters of the country are able to provide new services for employers,"  is reported in the press release.
