The electronic labor exchange started to function in three cities of Kazakhstan
Now the employer can report in Jobcenter of the population about free vacancies via the website enbek.kz. Further the center itself selects personnel.
In Astana, Almaty and Pavlodar the electronic labor exchange (enbek.kz) in which in the pilot mode businessmen can receive services of staff recruitment in a new format has started to function, the press service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of Kazakhstan reports.
"For the companies the new multichannel order of representation of vacancies without obligatory personal visit of the jobcenters of the population (JCP) is started to function. Now the employer will be able to transfer information to JCP on existence of vacancies by means of the private office in electronic labor exchange that considerably simplifies realization of obligatory legislative rule on providing data on the available vacancies," is noted in the message.
It is specified that further staff recruitment will carry out JCP.
Jobcenters of Astana, Almaty and Pavlodar are ready to provide the platforms for holding an interview of employers with potential candidates.
Businessmen and the private agencies of employment can register a private office in electronic labor exchange (enbek.kz) already today and place the vacancies. For registration it is necessary to specify the e-mail address and to have the digital signature.
"In other cities and settlements of the country the businessmen and persons who are looking for work can use free of charge independently the website for staff recruitment and job search across all Kazakhstan. Full start of a new format of work on all Kazakhstan is planned in January, 2018 when all jobcenters of the country are able to provide new services for employers," is reported in the press release.
