The logistic hub of online trade will be created in the Karaganda region
The logistic hub of online trade will be created in the Karaganda region. During the presentation of investment potential of the Karaganda region in the Kazakh Invest pavilion the deputy governor of the Karaganda region Almaz Aydarov said, BNews.kz correspondent reported.
"Those who are engaged in logistics very much are interested in our region. The developed roads, the developed railway infrastructure. Here it would be desirable to note one project which we begin to realize together with Kazpochta now. It is the organization of a logistic hub on the basis of the international airport of the city of Karaganda. Today, for example, we want to put emphasis on online purchases," Almaz Aydarov told.
According to him, now all flow of online orders and purchases goes on Kazakhstan, Russia and Central Asia through Europe.
"For example, if you, being in Karaganda or in Astana, order some goods from China on network of Alibaba, then, most likely, it will come to you, passing Kazakhstan, having obtained customs clearance somewhere in Europe, then comes back to Kazakhstan again. The European tariffs allow to do it therefore they take away a stream there. By the way, we already receive the international code to Karaganda that this processing of freights of online trade took place at us," he noted.
