Turkey and Tajikistan's archive documents to be available for Kazakhstan
The states are due to sign a cooperation agreement at the international conference 'Ruhani zhangyru: Formation of historical conscience.'
The State History State of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan will conclude a number of agreements with Turkey and Tajikistan for an open access to archive documents directly related to the history of Kazakhstan within the international conference 'Ruhani Zhangyru: Formation of Historical Conscience,' BNews.kz correspondent reports.
"Today we are to sign several agreements and memorandums with Turkey, Tajikistan and the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan, that will enable to use documents and materials stored in their archives, and to bring them to the scientific circulation," said Burkitbay Ayagan, the director of the State History Institute of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan.
An agreement with the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan is new and intriguing for the Institute, and the agreement signed enables to use their paintings to design covers for scientific works. In addition, according to the Institute's director, science requires the renovation and search for new solutions for what the above memorandums were signed.
"A new look should be thrown to the history, as well as science needs renovation, and today's conference 'Ruhani zhangyru: Formation of Historic Conscience' aims at searching a new methodology. We have gathered scholars from 11 states, including Russia, Turkey, USA, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and other states so to jointly work out common approaches to the development of science and history," said Burkitbay Ayagan.
