USA sanctions against Russia won't affect economy of Kazakhstan – National Bank
Sanctions of the United States of America against Russia won't exert special impact on economy of Kazakhstan, chairman of National Bank Daniar Akishev said During the press conference, BNews.kz correspondent reported.
"I would like to tell several words about the subject of sanctions of the United States of America against Russia which is actively discussed recently and potential influence on Kazakhstan. To comment and estimate character of the bilateral relations between the countries which though have directly relation to Kazakhstan we consider incorrect. It is correct that appropriate authorities of the Russian Federation and the USA commented on it, but concerning the probable potential of influences of sanctions on economy of Kazakhstan we estimate it as neutral and at stability in the world raw markets risks for economy of Kazakhstan are minimum," Daniar Akishev reported.
Also today during the meeting with journalists Daniar Akishev has commented on rumors about possible devaluation of tenge, having noted that at the moment the situation in the foreign exchange market was stabilized.
