“I am very glad to be here. We have worked together for a long, I think, once the program “Digital Kazakhstan” approved, the head of state defined the certain directions that need to be implemented by us. All efforts should be maximally directed to the implementation of the program,” notes Zhumagaliev.

At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister appealed to all media to work jointly on explaining the essence of digitalization.

“The head of state told that the program Digital Kazakhstan should be clearly explained. I would like to appeal to all media. Its role is significant, I hope for your support, hope that we jointly will show the process of digitalization through simple stories and big results,” undelines Askar Zhumagaliyev.

He also told about the main directions of the state program.

“We could not implement the program without smart people. We will be held a meeting with rectors jointly with the Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan. We knew that the program is being changed and programing will be taught in primary school classes. In general, the education program will be kept changing.  The programming languages that are out of use will be eliminated. The next direction is a Digital state. We rank 33 in the development of electronic government, however we need to develop further. In this connection, we analyze whether our services are qualitative. We could eliminate 50% of all references that we issue through PSCs by a means of integration,” says Zhumagaliyev.
